Meet Vivid's Dentist

Dr. Megan Ross

DR. MEGAN ROSS- DENTIST & PRACTICE OWNER

Committed to Excellence,
Compassion, and Community

Dr. Megan Ross was born and raised in Fox Chapel, where she now resides with her husband and daughter. She earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University before attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. While at Pitt, she received numerous awards for clinical excellence and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, an honor reserved for the top 10% of her class.

Following dental school, Dr. Ross completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she gained advanced experience in implants, root canals, surgical extractions, complex treatment planning, and restorative dentistry. She then spent over three years in private practice in Butler, PA, honing her skills and deepening her commitment to patient care before stepping into ownership at Vivid Dental.

Dr. Ross has spent many hours on advanced clinical education 

Dr. Ross is thrilled to serve her hometown community, combining her clinical expertise with a warm, patient-focused approach. She looks forward to building lasting relationships and helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile.

When not in the office, you can find her pool-side cheering on her daughter, Brooke, in competitive swimming, or sampling new restaurants with her husband, James.

A dedicated assistant passionate about providing top – notch patient care and supporting the doctor in all procedures. She prides herself on being a team player with a positive attitude, always striving to create a comfortable and efficient environment. She finds joy in seeing patients leave with brighter smiles and greater confidence, knowing she played a part in their care. Outside the office, the Leechburg resident is an avid motocross rider, mountain biker, and fisher, always seeking adventure in the outdoors. More than anything she cherishes quality time with her family and wife. Loves to explore new places through travel and experiences in life.

A graduate from Pittsburgh Career Institute and longtime Shaler resident, Darian brings expertise and a touch of fun to every appointment. Known for her outgoing personality, in-depth knowledge and strong teamwork skills, Darian plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and stress-free appointments. Outside the office, Darian enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, making lasting memories together, and of course wearing the latest and greatest Crocs.

As a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Kelly brings focus, determination and energy to everything she does. She is deeply passionate about healthy smiles, believing excellent dental hygiene is best achieved through understanding oral prevention and effective hygiene habits, leading to a lifetime of healthy smiles. Kelly loves sharing her knowledge with patients, empowering them to take charge of their oral health in a way that’s practical and easy to remain consistent. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys fitness and new adventures with her husband and kids.  Kelly is honored to serve the patients of Vivid Dental and looks forward to helping everyone she meets leave with a healthier, more confident smile.

A graduate from the University of Pittsburgh’s Dental Hygiene Program, Dalton believes that clear, open communication is the key to long-term dental health. He takes the time to explain each step of care so every patient understands what he is doing and why, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment. A Shaler native, Dalton brings a friendly, approachable demeanor to the office, making visits a positive experience for patients of all ages. Outside of work, he enjoys distance running, fishing, and rock climbing – activities that reflect his love for challenge, focus, and the great outdoors. Dalton is excited to be part of the Vivid Dental team and is committed to helping patients leave with a healthier, brighter smile.

Allison graduated from Carl Sandburg Dental Hygiene Program in 2016 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles ever since. She lives in New Kensington with her husband and their two beloved Yorkies, who keep life fun and full of energy. An avid crafter and home improvement enthusiast, Allison brings the same creativity and attention to detail to her work as she does to her hobbies. She is thrilled to be part of the Vivid Dental team and takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smile. She believes that preventative dental hygiene is the foundation of lifelong oral health and is committed to educating patients on how to protect and maintain their smiles. 

Her ultimate goal? That every patient leaves with a sparkling smile and a reason to show it off.

A proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Kelley brings more than a decade of experience in the dental field to her role as Office Manager. She ensures the daily operations of Vivid Dental run smoothly, from coordinating schedules to assisting patients with insurance and billing, all while supporting the team with efficiency and care. Kelley’s leadership style is rooted in organization, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Her extensive knowledge of dental office operations – including navigating insurance claims and maximizing patient benefits- allows her to anticipate needs and keep everything running seamlessly. A Ross Township resident, Kelley enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She takes pride in helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their care from start to finish.
